Once you try these you will never use the liquid colours again. The colours are intense, so only a little is needed for a vibrant colour. Use less for a lighter shade.
Handy tip when mixing fondant, use a toothpick to add your colour. Open the bottle and dip in a clean toothpick to add colour, or alternatively squeeze a small amount onto a plate.
