How to ~ Roll out fondant to desired thickness (2-3mm), position embosser stamp and firmly place even pressure to stamp impression. Re-align design and press deeper if design not equally stamped in. Remove and cut cookie shape. Glue fondant onto cookie using sugar glue for best results. Dusting cornflour may assist in humid conditions if sticking occurs.
