Royal Icing Bee Theme Cookie Workshop – June 27th

We will decorate an array of 6 bee-utiful Bee themed cookies including; 1 x bee, 1 x half-daisy flower, 1 x beehive, 2 x hexagons & 1 x leaf. By the end you will have a greater knowledge and confidence in decorating cookies and a gorgeous set to take home and enjoy.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

• How to mix and use the right consistencies (as shown by demonstration)
• Decorating cookies introduction and hands on, including: outline, flooding, wet on wet florals and fauna, layers, accents, details and loads more!
• Decorate hands on different cookie shapes using different techniques and styles using royal icing
• Open discussion and questions throughout the day
• Using a petal piping tip how to make 2D layered cookies as well as complimenting plain florals with overlays and detailing
• Clever, easy centre detailing and outlining
• Learn royal icing transfers and how edible markers work
• Easy fixes and solutions
• Beautiful packaging ideas
• How to prevent icing cratering
• How to prevent colour bleed

Then take home your amazing set of cookies to share!

All materials and tools will be provided.

Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days prior to a scheduled class. Funds will be transferred for a future class. Refunds are less admin fees are at the discretion of CutterCraft.
If class must be cancelled due to lack of numbers or things beyond our control then we will provide a full refund of monies, with the opportunity to transfer it to another class if so desired. A minimum of 6 per class is required to continue.
