REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully. If you have any doubts please contact us at [email protected] our friendly admin team will be happy to assist you. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 10 days from the date of initial shipment, with pictures and a description of faulty items. We will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email.

Refunds for money are not possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. Postage fees are responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
