Perfect surface to roll out your fondant without using cornflour and acts as an excellent cake or cookie back drop.

Remove sheet from packaging, roll out and weigh down for it to be flat.
To use, clean down first, air out before using to eliminate plastic smell before using food product on. (see below)
Tack down onto bench and use without having to use cornflour or talc to eliminate products sticking. Alternatively add some non slip mat around the edges underneath so it doesn’t slide on your bench top.
