A terrific straight edge cutter to score or cut through fondant, gumpaste and modelling clays. Unlike a knife that can create a ‘drag’ at the ends, this tool is used by pushing straight down into your working material. A very handy tool for the times you need something absolutely straight, plus makes terrific criss cross markings for the perfect pillow top design. This tool is a must have for every cake decorator.

Care instructions, clean with damp cloth and dry thoroughly. If needing to wash, place in a turned off, warm oven to dry  properly to avoid discolour or tarnish. Store in air tight container.
